Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed
- All original tags are still attached
- The item is returned in its original condition and packaging
- The return request is approved by our team
To request a return, please contact us at support@stealtheshow.store within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Accessories
- Lingerie
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration
Sale Items
Sale and discounted items are eligible for return, provided they meet our return conditions and are not listed under non-returnable items above.
Refund Options
Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose one of the following refund options:
- Store credit, or
- Refund to the original payment method
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Sizing Disclaimer
Sizing may vary between styles. If a product runs small or large, this will be clearly noted on the product page. We recommend reviewing sizing details carefully before placing your order. Returns due to sizing preference are subject to approval.
Delivery Delays
Once an order has been dispatched, Steal The Show is not responsible for courier delays. Delivery-related delays do not qualify for refunds.
