Shopping online just got easier. With Fit-On Delivery, you can try your order at home before deciding what to keep.

How It Works

1. Shop Online
Place your order and pay for your items in full online.

2. Add Fit-On Delivery
Add Fit-On Delivery for AED 30 with eligible Standard or Same-Day Delivery orders.

3. Try Everything On
When your order arrives, your courier will start a 20-minute fitting timer. You can try as many items as you like during this time.

4. Return What You Don’t Want
Simply hand any unwanted items back to the courier before the 20-minute fitting period ends.

5. We Process Your Refund
Returned items will be brought back to us, checked, and your refund will then be processed.

Please Note

The fitting period is strictly limited to 20 minutes and is timed through the courier’s system. It cannot be extended.

Any items remaining with you after the 20-minute fitting period will be considered accepted.
