Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in tracking the shipment with the courier. While we work closely with our delivery partners, Steal The Show is not responsible for courier-related delays once an order has been dispatched.
